Welcome to the Salon & Spa Management System! This comprehensive template is designed to help you organize and streamline all aspects of your salon or spa business operations in one place.
Step 1: Familiarize Yourself with the System
The system consists of four main components:
- Client Management - For tracking client information, history, and preferences
- Scheduling & Bookings - For managing appointments and staff schedules
- Service Catalog - For organizing your service offerings and pricing
- Staff Manager - For handling employee information and scheduling
Step 2: Initial Setup
- [ ] Fill out your business information in the Client Management section
- [ ] Add your services to the Service Catalog including pricing and duration
- [ ] Input staff information in the Staff Manager section
- [ ] Begin tracking appointments in the Scheduling & Bookings section
Using the Dashboard
The main dashboard gives you a quick overview of your business operations:
- View "Today's Appointments" to see what's scheduled for the day
- Check appointments "By Professional" to see each staff member's schedule
- Use the "Quick Add" section for fast access to commonly used functions
